About Marilyn Davis, Founder & CEO
Marilyn Davis, is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of HR Elevated, located in the state of Michigan.
Marilyn Davis, attended Michigan State University where she earned her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology. After graduating Marilyn begun her professional career in retail and commercial banking, and later in retail management. Marilyn went on to earn her license in Real Estate where she practiced and learned key skills in negotiation, the importance of listening to your clients and delivering excellent customer service. During this time, Marilyn realized her calling and passion was in Human Resources, and begun a Masters program in Human Resources Management, and also earned her Masters in Business Administration.
Marilyn received her Professional Certification in Human Resources with SHRM (Society of Human Resources Management), and Senior Professional Certification in Human Resources from HRCI, (Human Resources Certification Institute), Speciality in Total Rewards and Workplace Invesigations because she knows the importance of being a life long learner.
Marilyn is passionate about helping both small and large businesses grow and realize their strategic goals and positive employee relations through emotional intelligence and social awareness, by creating and maintaining a diverse workforce that respects and values everyone.
